This Tenant improvement was completed in 2022, encompassed 6500 square feet, took 16 weeks to complete, and carried a cost of $1.8 million.
This project involved the Tenant Improvement of an existing bar/restaurant, including minor demolition and the replacement of all finishes. The existing bar die wall was preserved and upgraded with new stone tops. A new TV rack was installed as well as additional tv locations around the bar. Additionally, a new bi-fold glass door was added to the existing patio as part of the exterior remodel. The exterior transformation also included new wood finishes, synthetic slate roofing, paint, and lighting.
The interior remodel included the main dining area featuring the addition of booths and a new large seating area integrated into the bar for additional seating capacity. The entryway underwent a remodel that included porthole style windows imported from Poland, providing a unique view of the bar upon entering.
