The Flowing Tide bar Tenant Improvement involved a comprehensive makeover of a recently constructed space, seamlessly integrating a contemporary restaurant, stylish bar, functional kitchen, and a dedicated lounge area. Emphasis was placed on high-quality finishes to achieve a sophisticated aesthetic.
Beyond the interior, the project extended to the exterior with strategic renovations. New signage was added for enhanced visibility and brand presence, while the existing storefront underwent a transformation with a rainscreen system. This innovative system not only improved structural integrity but also provided enhanced durability against external elements, with a flexible design for a dynamic exterior appearance.
