This ambitious project transformed the former Lucky’s Restaurant in the Strat Casino into a fresh culinary experience. Beginning with meticulous removals of all previous finishes, the redesign created a vibrant space with new walls, a modern ceiling, and a raised floor. Faux roofs mimicked a charming alley, enhancing the immersive atmosphere.

  Preserving the original kitchen, minimal demolition allowed for a visionary establishment. Existing equipment was strategically replaced for an upgraded kitchen layout, with some exhaust hoods repurposed for sustainability. Beyond mere renovation, Lucky’s Restaurant is now Chi, a contemporary culinary destination seamlessly blending traditional charm with a dynamic dining experience.
